d6 School Communicator App Reviews

Great app, but no notification if school posts something new, which mean you always need to open the app to see if there is anything new, which is annoying if you have two kids or more. Plus it would really help to choose a class and get notifications for the particular class only rather then get the info of the whole school, an option where a person can actually choose would really help.

It keeps crashing all The time and is very intrusive as they are Willing to sell add space. It is a shame to have such apps in 2015. I am not the only one it seems to give it poor ratings.

This app used to work; now loaded on current iPhone6 and wont even start. Complains about lack of internet connection despite both wifi and 4G available, tested and working well. Even power cycled my phone, no change. Pity...

Beware, there are "private download" schools, for whom this app wont work. Youll only find out after buying the app.

I really like it as you can have multiple schools.

The app is very usefull but needs some fine tuning - I experience app crashes when updating my subscribsions and freezes every now and then. Homework should be filtered according to my subscribsion choice.

App froze when I chose channels! Nothing working now!

Very neat little app, well done D6. Nice extension from the desktop. Glad the versions keep being upgraded ironing out minor bugs. All schools should ONLY communicate like this!!

Very useful more reliable than children

The new version is bringing up a blank page on the news feed! Please fix this soon really need this app

Broken. Dont bother downloading this. It is not tested, and fails to update content.

It keeps glitching out whenever I open it, if I open the app, it starts to update and then shuts off after a second or two. Ive tried everything to fix it but it doesnt work, Ive turned off the iPad Ive deleted the app from apps in use and then reopened it. Nothing works! Please fix this!

I found d6 an amazing tool for smss, emails, alerts. Well done. I hope to see more admin management tools to group the parents so i can find parents or get reports out on parents with faulty cell no ir emails giving errors currently uts lists and no particular way to mng my parent groups once i import them as users.

Why is my communicator glitching? It keeps saying Im not connected to the Internet when I am. I cant read anything bc it wont let me in. Its very annoying. Same thing happening to my corporate communicator. I even deleted and downloaded both apps but still wont work.

This could be a great app, but for months I have been unable to refresh the communicator, so it is now dysfunctional (not communicating!). I get an error message saying I need to connect to the Internet (I am connected). Please can you fix this!

The latest update requires me to login. I will most certainly not. I use this app reluctantly because my school uses it (I think Google Classroom can do everything this app does and do it better). Theres a skip option which doesnt work. I thought I would write this review just before deleting the app.

Immediately when I opened the app for the very first time ,I noticed that the skip button wont work and it keeps glitching. The app takes forever to load as well.... Sad to say that this app disappointed me from the second I got it.
